The 2022 Pinot Noir is a bright, vibrant, garnet- red wine layered with fruit, floral, and spice. Flavors of pomegranate and red plum are blanketed in an aroma of complex hibiscus. In the background, there are aromas of cardamon and spice that make for a continuously evolving experience as the wine opens in your glass. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and medium-structured, showcasing the terroir of Sta. Rita Hills and the Drum Canyon Vineyard. The high acid profile is balanced by rounded- medium tannins resulting in a wine that is full of verve and complexity. This wine has the capability to pair well with a wide range of foods.
